User Onboarding It is the first impression your new users will get from your product. It represents the steps users will follow from signup to the first delivered value.
Aha! Moment
 
The moment when a new user first realizes the value of the product.

    The moment when a user gets delighted by the approach taken to solve the problem.
  • Growth Hacking: Creating a Wow Moment
  • Quick Win Feature/Improvement that has low effort (easy to do) that has a relevant impact, works as an enabler to some other department’s activity (business, marketing) or you can use as leverage in negotiation with stakeholders to ease the anxiety. For example, adding a banner space for a marketing campaign. Some quick wins can even be achieved temporarily with Google Optimize (the banner is a good example). Do these first!
    Outcome over Output
     
     
     
    Outcomes are related to business objectives and metrics. While outputs are related to what the team is delivering (a feature for example) to achieve that outcome.
